  • * In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any reasons we must be informed in writing via e-mail.
  • * Cancellation charges would be applicable from the same date we receive mail in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows
  • * A cancellation charge of rupees 4500 per person is applicable any time after the advance is paid.
  • * 45 days prior to arrival no cancellation charges (only 15% Processing Fees), (this is not valid for group Bookings)
  • * 45 days to 25 days prior to arrival -35% of the tour/service taken
  • * 25 days to 15 days prior to arrival -50% of the tour/service taken
  • * 15 days prior to check-in date 100% cancellation charges (NO REFUND).
  • * Any time After the Advance Is Paid Advance Amount Is Non-Refundable If the Customer Cancels His/her Booking Because Of Reasons Like Illness, Personal Problems Death, Accident or No Shows.

DAY 1 PORT BLAIR ( ARRIVAL )

Land at Port Blair airport in the morning or afternoon you will be received and transferred to your hotel. After some rest, we start a tour of places in and around Port Blair - We visit Cellular Jail where Andaman Island History comes alive, In the evening we will leave for CORBYN SKOVE beach for mesmerizing view of Sunset & Enjoy water sports activities, after that we will attend the enthralling Light & sound Show at Cellular Jail, where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive. Overnight stay at Hotel in Port Blair NOTE: • Please note that since vehicles are not allowed to wait outside Cellular Jail, all guests will be dropped at the parking point (approximately 400mtrs from the entry gate of the Jail) and will have to walk from the parking point until the entrance. Once the Jail visit or Sound & Light show is done, the guest will have to walk back to the parking point to board the vehicle. • Ferry for Ross Island leaves at fixed timings please ensure you are on time at Water Sports Complex from where you will board the boat

Day 2 PORT BLAIR TO HAVELOCK

Depart for Havelock Island. The destination is rated as the best island in India. Departure by morning or afternoon Private ferry (PB- HL) - Journey time is 1.5 / 2.5 hrs). On arrival at Havelock (Swaraj Dweep), our team will meet the guest at the exit gate and then the guest will be dropped to their Havelock hotel. At around 1430hrs - 1530hrs, we begin our journey to beach rated as the ‘Best Beach in Asia’ by Time Magazine and BLUE FLAG BEACH, Radha Nagar Beach. Explore this white sand beach and bask in the beauty of this natural wonder. Post this we drop you back to your hotel. Overnight stay in Havelock Island Note: • Kindly carry a valid PHOTO ID (Pan Card not accepted) to enter the Port Blair jetty. Alcohol cannot be carried on-board the ferry. • Radha Nagar Beach is closed for guests after sunset. • Cars are limited on Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep) and hence guests are requested to kindly adhere to the timelines as shared by the tour manager.

DAY 3 HAVELOCK SS (ELEPHANTA BEACH VISIT)

We begin our journey to the most visited snorkeling destination in Havelock Island, Elephant Beach. Around up to 2km by Trekking OR Speed boat, embark on the most memorable excursion to Elephant Beach by sharing boat. The journey time is 30-45 mins and you can also opt for some water sports activities like Snorkeling, Sea Walk, Jet Ski, Glass bottom Boat, Banana Boat Ride, Sofa boat ride, Parasailing, etc. on direct payment. It is advisable to pre-book the activity at the boarding point itself to avoid missing out on these activities. Return after 3 hrs. in the same sharing boat to the jetty. Later proceed to the hotel. Evening at leisure. Over Night Stay at Havelock Island Note: * The boats to Elephant Beach are managed by a boat association who need individual guest consent forms after which boats are allotted based on rotation and sharing basis. Due to the limited number of boats, guests may have to wait until their boat is allocated and please note that we have no control over the wait time.

DAY 4 HAVELOCK ISLAND TO NEIL ISLAND

After Breakfast, Departure by Private ferry (HL- NL) - Journey time is 1 / 1.3 hrs). On arrival at Neil (Shaheed Dweep), our team will meet the guest at the exit gate and then the guest will be dropped to their Neil hotel. Upon reaching the island transfer to your respective Hotel. Later Visit Bharatpur beach and also visit to Natural Bridge. Try to get a glimpse of sunset point at Laxmanpur beach. Over-night stay at Hotel in Neil Island Note: • Do note that the internet is not available on the island. You can find a patchy BSNL data network on the phone if you are lucky! • Do note that all Havelock hotels have an early morning check-out time and late check-out is provided at the discretion of the hotel management and subject to availability. • Kindly carry a valid PHOTO ID (Pan Card not accepted) to enter the Havelock jetty. Alcohol cannot be carried on-board the ferry. • Guest should be ready for check-in at the Neil private ferry counter at least an hour prior to the vessel departure time.

DAY 5 NEIL ISLAND TO PORT BLAIR

After Breakfast, Departure by morning or afternoon Private ferry (NL- PB) - Journey time is 1.5 / 2.5 hrs). On arrival at Port Blair, our team will meet the guest at the exit gate and then the guest will be dropped by at their Neil hotel. Rest and relax and have lunch, First visit the first administrative settlement of the Britishers in the Andaman Islands, Ross Island. Earlier, it said it was the Paris of the past. This island today has ruins of all the luxury the Britishers had during that time. After that, Returning time to do shopping. Back to hotel and overnight stay at Port Blair Note: • Do note that all Neil hotels have an early morning check-out time and late check-out is provided at the discretion of the hotel management and subject to availability. • Kindly carry a valid PHOTO ID (Pan Card not accepted) to enter the Neil jetty. Alcohol cannot be carried on-board the ferry. • Guest should be ready for check-in at the Port Blair private ferry counter at least an hour prior to the vessel departure time.

DAY 6 (DEPARTURE TRANSFER)

Enjoy your breakfast and check-out from the Port Blair hotel as per the hotel allocated time. Head straight to the airport to board the departure flight. Have a safe trip home taking back fond memories of these stunning islands. Note: • Do note that all Port Blair hotels have an early morning check-out time and late check-out is provided at the discretion of the hotel management and subject to availability. • Port Blair airport has a small single runway and usually with a heavy rush of tourists. Request all guests to report at least 2hrs before departure flight timing.
