Rann of Kutch
One of the popular events that is organized in Gujarat and is a major crowd puller from across the country and the world is the Rann Utsav. This is regarded as a celebration of life, culture, and the festivities of Kutch. The entire event is spread across 4 months which sees a riot of colors spread over the barren lands. The entire event offers an experience of diverse traditions as well as the taste of generous hospitality of the people from Kutch. The beautiful White Desert welcomes one and all and the sight of a full moon night during the entire period can be breathtaking.
The 4 months sees endless cycle of dances backed by century-old traditions that have been there for centuries. The colorful fair spread across the beach area or the lake swings which are placed on the lake banks add to the marvelous experience for flamboyancy. It embarks an ideal occasion for being part of the region’s culture and experiences its uniqueness which is second to none in terms of celebration of life.
The entire Rann Utsav also offers host of other activities to indulge in which expands across Camel Rides, Bird Watching, Pool Table, Paramotoring, , Giant Chess, Archery, etc. The entire event will definitely be worth an experience of a lifetime.
About Rann Utsav
Rann of Kutch festival also called as Kutch Festival or Just Rann Utsav, A Three month Long Celebration held at the edge of White Rann. In Gujarat Tourism there are eight hubs and one of the best hub is Kutch Tourism, as a part of Kutch Tourism, Gujarat Tourism Started to Celebrate Rann of Kutch Festival or Rann Utsav where tourist can stay near white Rann of Kutch with the option of Standard and Luxury Tents accommodation. Every year during winter for three month as a part of Gujarat Tourism and Kutch Tourism a Govt. of Gujarat decided to set up a Tent City Near white Rann. During Kutch Festival thousands of people gathers to witness Rann of Kutch festival or Kutch Rann utsav to see Kutch attractions or sightseeing places of Kutch.

Individual transfers are available on request (chargeable). Allotment of tents to guests arriving before check-in time will be subject to availability. A packed lunch will be provided at Rann Utsav - The Tent City to guests who opt for 1:30 PM pickup. No lunch will be provided to guests who opt for a 3:30 PM pickup
Distance from Bhuj to Rann Utsav - The Tent City, Dhordo is approx. 85 km, which takes about 1 hr 45 minutes.**Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
**Tax rate would be GST (9% CGST and 9% SGST).
**Rates on single occupancy basis will be 75% of the basic cost (75% of double occupancy amount).
**In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 yrs. of age will be charged as extra person (with mattress).
**Name change shall be treated as cancellation and cancellation policy shall be applied.CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- 100 % Refund if cancelled before 30 days prior to schedule arrival.
- 70% refund, if cancelled more than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival (but less than 30 days).
- No refund, if cancelled less than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival.
- Change in guest/guests names would be treated as Cancellation.
- In case of any date change Rs.1500/Person + 18% GST will be charged. (Rate difference shall be levied)
- Name Change shall be treated as cancellation only.

Arrival at Tent City, Dhordo from Bhuj 12:30 PM Onwards Welcome & Check–in 12:30 PM to 02:30 PM Lunch at respective Dining Area 02:30 PM to 04:00 PM Enjoy in-house activities. 04:00 PM to 05:00 PM Hi-Tea 05:00 PM to 05:30 PM Transfer to White Rann to witness the grandeur of sunset. Day 2 Tour to White Rann for Sunrise
06:00 AM to 06:30 AM Morning Tea 06:30 AM to 07:30 AM Yoga Session at Activity Area 06:30 AM to 07:00 AM Transfer to White Rann to witness the grandeur of sunrise 07:30 AM to 10:00 AM Breakfast at respective dining area 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM Enjoy in-house activities 12:30 PM to 02:30 PM Lunch at respective dining area. 03:00 PM to 07:30 PM Complimentary Tour to Kala Dungar (Black Hill) - the highest point of Kutch.
