Statue of Unity gets three new tourist attractions

These newly added tourist attractions are expected to bring a large number of tourists to Narmada District.
Here’s what you need to know about these new attractions
The Maze Garden
The Maze Garden is spread over three acres of land with a total of 2,100 m-long pathway, making it the largest maze garden in India. The garden has been designed in the shape of a Shriyantra. Shriyantra is believed to spread positive energy around. In addition to this, around 1.8 lakh saplings have been planted in and around the garden, giving it an incredibly green cover.
The Miyawaki Forest
The aforementioned saplings also form a part of this forest. The Miyawaki Forest covers a total area of two acres. The forest gets its name from Dr Akira Miyawaki (Japanese botanist), who developed a plantation technique by which a forest develops ten times faster and thirty times denser. The same technique has been used in creating the Miyawaki Forest. The Miyawaki Forest will have areas like - native floral garden, timber garden, fruit garden, medicinal garden, a special Miyawaki section of mixed species, and finally a digital orientation centre.
Ekta Houseboat
Ekta Houseboat is the first houseboat service in the area. The 90 feet long and 20 feet wide houseboat comes with two well-furnished bedrooms, a dining room, a drawing room, an attached kitchen, front deck and an upper observation deck. The houseboat is a beautiful mix of Kashmiri and Gujarati art and culture.
