Hoshino Resorts has announced that it will be welcoming a new wellness destination in Saga Prefecture. The hotel is named KAI Ureshino and it will open in the summer of 2027. The hotel will have 28 guest rooms with outdoor hot spring baths. There will also be a spa facility in the hotel and an opportunity to learn about Ureshino’s bathing culture, tea production, and exceptional craftsmanship.Hoshino Resorts will make its first entry into Saga Prefecture through KAI Ureshino, expanding its established KAI collection of Japanese hot spring accommodation. The development will sit in Ureshino Onsen, an area famous for its mineral-rich bathing waters. Its opening will give international travellers another accommodation option in Kyushu, particularly those seeking private bathing, traditional surroundings and a wellness-focused Japanese holiday.
